How to make your own vitamin/mineral water at home

                                        

Hey guys and gals today I’m going to share with you some recipes for vitamin water with a twist by adding Shilajit to make refreshing vitamin/mineral water drinks.

Watermelon mint lime

8 cups water

1 cup cubed watermelon

1 lime, sliced

2 tablespoons crushed mint leaves

1 gram approx shilajit resin

After preparing fruit, herbs and shilajit add to the pitcher of water and let sit overnight in the fridge then enjoy

 

Strawberry kiwi basil

8 cups water

1 cup halved strawberries

1 cup cubed kiwi

2 tablespoons crushed basil leaves

1 gram approx shilajit resin

After preparing fruit, herbs and shilajit add to the pitcher of water and let sit overnight in the fridge then enjoy

Pine orange mint

1 cup cubed pineapple

1 sliced orange

2 tablespoons crushed mint leaves

1 gram approx shilajit resin

After preparing fruit, herbs and shilajit add to the pitcher of water and let sit overnight in the fridge then enjoy

Cucumber lemon mint and basil

8 cups of water

1 cucumber thinly sliced

1 lemon thinly sliced

2 tablespoons crushed mint

2 tablespoons crushed basil

1 gram approx shilajit resin

After preparing fruit, herbs and shilajit add to the pitcher of water and let sit overnight in the fridge then enjoy

So there you have it 4 refreshing vitamin/mineral water drinks for you to try at home that are much healthier than those preservative and sugar laden so called “vitamin waters” at the shops. Remember adding the shilajit will give the water a nice reddish tinge and should be consumed in 3-5 days.
